Frank Wesley Craig, 82, of Moore, passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2014. He was born Feb. 23, 1932, in Oklahoma City, to Thomas Lee and Agnes (Martin) Craig. Frank was the oldest of seven children. He married Jerri Henson, who worked for the Board of Education, on July 21, 1960, in Oklahoma City. Frank enjoyed eating, hearing and telling jokes and telling stories. He drove the church bus and taught Sunday School for years. The kids at church called him “Candy Man” because he always gave out candy. Frank was a Cub Scout leader. He worked for Consolidated Wholesale for over 35 years. Frank loved family events and getting together with family. He is survived by his wife, Jerri Craig; one son, Wesley Craig; one daughter, Kimberly Riddle and husband Alan; five grandchildren, Johnathan, Rebecca and Kaitlyn Riddle and Joseph and Marley Craig; four sisters, Mary Bowling, Hazel Andrus and husband Andy, Lillian Gray and Carolyn Hall and husband Jim; and one brother, Joe Craig. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Agnes Craig and one sister, Nancy Hall. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today at Knob Hill Baptist Church, 2700 SW 59th St., Oklahoma City. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home in Moore.
