Non Earl Hancock, 75, died Wednesday, Oct. 6 in Oklahoma City. She was born Oct. 7, 1934 in Moore to John William and Martha Adele (Patterson) Daniel. Non Earl was a teacher for over 32 years retiring in 1997, her heart was in special education. Non Earl’s career led her to teach in Oklahoma City, Lawton, Faxon and Medicine Park. Non Earl’s legacy she leaves for her family was her love for life. She lived life to it’s fullest enjoying OU football, women’s basketball, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her family will miss her wit, moxie and “I did it my way” personality. She is survived by one son, Steven Daniel; one daughter, Donna Harper and husband Wayne; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild, all of Norman She was preceded in death by her parents.
