Shirley Juanita Cosper Berry died Tuesday, Jan. 18. Services were Jan. 22 at the First United Methodist Church. Interment was at Little Cemetery in Seminole. Born to Charles and Georgia Fuller Cosper, Shirley was born Feb. 28, 1927, in Cromwell. She was married to Doyle E. Berry for 64 years. Preceding her in death were her husband, Doyle E. Berry; her granddaughter Deborah Ann Partain; her parents Charles and Georgia Fuller Cosper; her brothers, John (Newt) Cosper and George Cosper; and her sister Dorothy Cosper Lamb. She is survived by three children, Beverly Sue Berry Partain and husband Bobby Joe of Skiatook, Roy Lee Berry and wife Jackie of Folkston, Ga., and Rebecca Nanette Berry Shores and husband Joe of Augusta, Ga.; six grandchildren, Tommy Partain and wife Heather of Amarillo, Texas, Diana Lynn Partain Monson and husband Bill of Tulsa, Chris Berry and wife Alison of Kings Bay, Ga., Sheila Berry Heggood and husband Brian of Orange Park, Fla., Joe D. Shores of Augusta, and John Shores of Augusta; six great-grandchildren, Zachery Scott Childress of Skiatook, Michael Austin Berry of Canterbury, Conn., Samuel Aiden and Ethan Riley Berry of Kings Bay, Quinten Shores of Augusta, and Jaclyn Monson of Tulsa; and sister-in-law Janine Cosper of Durant. Bearers were the Friendship Bible Class of The First United Methodist Church. Services were under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore.
