Wilburn C. Hall, Jr., "Captain Bill", was born June 30, 1941 in Pilot Point, Texas to Wilburn Clay and Fern (Pennington) Hall. He passed at the age of 74 on Feb. 22, 2016. Bill joined the United States Army in 1964 and left the service as a Captain in Special Intelligence five years later. The name "Captain Bill" has stuck ever since. Bill received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and practiced law for 40 years. He loved motorcycles, airplanes, and Ozzie's Diner. He lived an active, adventurous, and colorful life with an indomitable spirit!
